Biography

Mark recently joined the firm "of counsel" after a 21 year career as the Principal Court Attorney for the Hon. Peter C. Bradstreet in New York State Supreme, County and Family Courts. Before working in the court system, Mark was a legal services attorney handling landlord-tenant matters and a Family Court Public Defender. He has lectured extensively on family, civil and criminal law to lawyers, court personnel and judges throughout New York State. With his extensive experience in several areas of law, Mark will be expanding the firm's appellate and motion practice, while still representing clients in family and civil matters. Mark also handles appellate work for the Legal Aid Society of Rochester Juvenile Justice Division.

In the community, Mark served as a member of the Bath Central School District Board of Education and as a Trustee with the Dormann Library. He has also worked closely with the Steuben County Youth Bureau, the Career Development Council, and area schools organizing legal presentations and events and developing opportunities for students throughout Steuben County.
